Our return policy applies to all merchandise purchases made online at store.skibanff.com. Please contact us for any return or exchange requests on any pass, card or ticket products.
If you find there is an issue with your order, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on returning or exchanging your order.
Returns and exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see below for list of final sale merchandise. Banff Sunshine Village reserves the right to refuse any returns deemed final sale.
All merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Please keep a tracking number and proof of postage for your return in case the package gets lost. Banff Sunshine Village cannot issue a return or exchange without receiving the item.
Depending on the shipping method and location, your package may take several weeks to reach us. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it has been received. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you a refund.
Once your exchange is fully processed, we will ship your new item free of charge.
Banff Sunshine Village is not responsible for returns until they reach our office.
Banff Sunshine Village is in no way liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.
